TREE Agency is a digital agency specialized in design, management, exploitation and dissemination of EU and other donors-funded proposals. Relevant EU initiatives’ expertise is related to Erasmus+ and AMIF projects, where TREE takes over the dissemination and communication actions and produces e-learning platforms and solutions.
By believing in the power of communication as a tool for designing, producing and promoting social innovation initiatives, TREE help any kind of stakeholder design social initiatives by developing projects’ ideas and finding institutional and private donors interested in funding them.
Moreover, TREE sets in place communication strategies to support and develop projects of social utility. They design and produce visual identities, multimedia content, TV commercials, and social media campaigns to improve communication to the outside world and help projects to bloom. The agency is based in Estonia and has offices in Brussels, Barcelona and Milan.

Alessandra Bray CEO of Mediamorfosi, graphic design, marketing and communication agency since 2003, graduated in Printing Techniques and Arts at the Turin Polytechnic in 1997, completing her training course with a Master in Marketing and Communication for Business and Public in 2002.
Curator and expert in editorial projects, vector design and bitmaps, she is a project manager in the design and implementation of community, national and regional measures. She has built her professional career with experiences in publishing houses and companies such as Arti Poligrafiche Europee, Utet, Conteditore, Cliocom and teaching graphics and multimedia at various institutes, such as ENAIP and IED (European Institute of Design) in Turin, Clio and Conte di Lecce, Higher Technical Institute for Tourism of Puglia. Municipal Councilor for Territorial Marketing and Institutional Communication of the City of Gallipoli in 2011, since 2013 President of Puglia & Mare (pugliaemare.com – Settimanadellaculturadelmare.it). The customer portfolio includes companies and P.A. for which she has carried out integrated on-off line communication projects (mediamorfosi.net).

Archaeologist and PhD in Ancient Topography, Unisalento research fellow until 2015, for several years I have been dedicating to cultural communication for the promotion of the territory, through processes of urban and human regeneration. I collaborate with various Apulian and national realities as a digital strategist for cultural and social innovation projects, museums, archaeological sites, festivals and other cultural events.
I’m co-author of Archeosocial and Archeosocial 2.0, co-founder of La Capagrossa Coworking, creator and producer of the podcast “Blister, a cycle of cultural pills to avoid stereotypes”.
PAOLO MELE
RAMDOM
Paolo Mele was born in 1981 in the farthest point of Apulia. He was a researcher in Communication and New Technologies at IULM in Milan and a visiting researcher at the New School of New York from 2013 to 2015.
Since 2011 he has been the director of the organization Ramdom, which deals with contemporary artistic and cultural planning.
He is director of Kora – Contemporary Arts Center and President of STARE – Italian association of Artist In Residences.
He was Project Manager for the Foundation Matera – Basilicata 2019. Since 2015, he has also been the manager of the cultural and artistic centre Lastation, which is in Gagliano Leuca, the furthest railway station in the south-east of Apulia. In 2013 he started the project “Investigation on the extreme lands” which uses contemporary art to critically analyze the territory of the Capo di Leuca (the southernmost point in Apulia).
As an expert in cultural management and media, he worked for the Biennale of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean (BJCEM) and with several international organizations.
